Description

The "Guard" Heat Controller by Maxx Hookah features a stainless steel construction with a titanium coating and Zidclouds' exclusive airflow technology, which reduces inhaled CO levels. It prevents coal and ash from entering the bowl and offers the fastest heating time of 3 minutes among all heat control devices. Great but use with a lipped bowl.

This is an interesting HMD, it has elevated air ports in it, as you can see in the pictures. It is a great HMD for the matching MAXX bowl. On other bowls like the HJ line, it can be a bit of an oddball with the air holes not being at the bottom of the HMD like most others are. So if the bowl has a lip, you should be good. If there is no lip, probably not. It is very easy to clean with the smooth flat bottom however, which is very nice.
