Nice Experience

Its does actually reduce the effect of coal on flavor, as well as prevent the incineration of my shisha.

It will take longer to get a bowl smoking, and will use more coal.

This is a very good middle ground between the traditional foil and HMD. (this is not an HMD IMO).

Life Saver for Glass Bowl

I have an all glass hookah, with honeycomb percolators, which makes flavors really strong. Not only would my coals need constant flipping, but 3 titanium flats would scorch the head, 2 weren't hot enough. Tried out the Flavor Saver, and it really lives up to its name. Coals get air underneath, so no blackening, and 3 flats work perfectly without scorching the shisha. Only slight downside is it takes mine about 15 minutes to get up to proper heat, but I really love this product, highly recommended for all foil users!!!
