These bowls have the male fittings to fit a female stem. They are hard to come by. These are used for older Lebanese and Syrian hookahs.
The unglazed feature may not look as good as glazed however, they are said to be better than glazed clay bowls for taste.
You can probably use 5 grams in each of the dividers.
